A Journey of Art and Technology: From Baghdad to London
A Comprehensive Vision for Development and Innovation
I began my journey in the world of music and ballet in Baghdad, growing up in an artistic family that encouraged me to embrace art from a young age. As time passed, my family moved to Damascus after the war in Iraq, where my experiences deepened as I had the opportunity to explore diverse cultures that enriched my understanding of art and helped refine my vision.
In Damascus, I took my first steps in establishing projects that combined creativity with technology. One of the most notable was the “Old Damascus” website, a platform that celebrates the rich history and heritage of the city by highlighting its distinctive landmarks and architectural arts. This project allowed me to harness the power of art to document beauty and connect generations to their rich heritage.
In 2004, I founded “Sound Computer Software,” a company specializing in digital editing, which provided me with an opportunity to blend my artistic skills with technical expertise. Success followed, and in 2006, I founded “Arabian Soul” for production, advertising, and celebrity management, which gained a leading position in the media industry due to its professionalism and wide range of services.
My artistic and technical expertise expanded across Beirut, Amman, and Turkey, where I explored the latest global advancements in photography, filmmaking, and digital marketing. These experiences enriched my knowledge and contributed to the development of my vision, prompting me to embark on a new journey in London. There, I honed my skills in programming languages, web design, and development, gaining new competencies that allowed me to stay at the forefront of digital progress. I also deepened my expertise in artificial intelligence, which added a cutting-edge technical dimension to my projects.
Later, I founded the digital marketing agency “Microvera,” a comprehensive agency offering a full range of digital marketing services to individuals such as actors, TV personalities, and broadcasters, as well as to small, medium, and large businesses. Through this agency, I was able to blend my artistic background with technological expertise, delivering innovative marketing solutions that leverage the latest technologies and best global practices.
My deep appreciation for art and profound understanding of photography have made it more than just a tool for documentation—it has become a window for expressing moments and stories that reflect beauty in the finest details. This conviction was strengthened through my diverse studies, which spanned software engineering, visual arts, and filmmaking, along with my expertise in artificial intelligence. Additionally, my experience in journalism and digital and visual communications has helped me provide a comprehensive vision for designing effective communication solutions.
My Travels
Traveling is where I find my purpose. I cherish both the small and grand details of my journeys, each filled with moments of joy. Every place I visit holds a special memory of happiness and love. Syria, my homeland, is where I lived some of the most formative years of my life. It is my safe haven, full of stories of hope, creativity, and the warmth of my ancestors. The scent of forgotten roses and jasmine still lingers in the air from the balconies of old homes. Lebanon holds a special place in my heart, sitting at the centre of my memories. I’ve visited Lebanon many times, it is the country of magic and beauty. The sea is mixed with the smell of Phoenician civilization, and the landmarks captivate with their timeless charm and grandeur.
Baghdad, the city of warmth, hope, and a rich past, is where I was born and raised for many years. It is the cradle of art, music, and originality—a place where the legacy of ancient civilizations and the blessings of the Tigris River come together. It is a land of science and knowledge, where the light shines through even in the darkest times. As you walk through the streets of Baghdad, you feel the civilization of the ancestors, hear their words and cultures and feel the depth of the meanings of their councils characterized by science and mysticism.
In Istanbul, every story feels complete and alive. The city enchants with its stunning beauty, timeless landmarks, and a culture that stretches back thousands of years. It offers everything you could dream of and more. Greece captivated me with the brilliant white of its buildings, the serenity of its clean, and beautiful beaches. The country’s rich history, elegance, and modern urban life left a lasting impression, especially in Athens, the heart of this charming nation. In Italy, beauty and love mix. Over its ancient walls, artists’ brushes innovate and take you to worlds of imagination, eternal love, and romance. It is the city of lovers, the pleasure of the heart, and the sanctuary of loved ones.
In France, a land steeped in history, culture, dreams, and beauty, every step you take feels like a whispered secret from the past. As you wander through its charming streets. In the Netherlands, deep in the countryside, you’ll find blissful forests, fields of tulips, charming red brick houses, winding waterways, and grazing black-and-white cows—all surrounded by nature so beautiful, it soothes your soul. Spain is a land rich in history, with deep roots in ancient Andalusian culture. The walls of its cities are like living manuscripts, telling the story of a vibrant Arab civilization. They take you back to a time of art, music, and a way of life that was unique—a place where dreams and legends were born. In Prague, the creativity in its buildings and architecture beautifully blends modern styles with Baroque, Renaissance, Gothic, and other artistic influences.
In Istanbul, stories are complete and crystallized. This city captivates you with its breathtaking beauty, its deep-rooted tourist attractions, and the culture of the people spanning thousands of years. It has what you wish and what you ask for. Greece fascinated me, with its white color, and wide purity along the clean and beautiful beaches. Its civilization, sophistication and modern urbanization affected me. Especially in Athens, the capital of the charming country of Greece. In Italy, beauty and love mix. Over its ancient walls, artists’ brushes innovate and take you to worlds of imagination, eternal love, and romance. It is the city of lovers, the pleasure of the heart, and the sanctuary of loved ones. In France, the country of history, culture, dreams and beauty. As you walk through its suburbs, you feel like a spirit has come out of a magician’s hat and given you an eternal secret that has stuck in the cells of your heart and mind.
Each of these trips taught me so much about different cultures and civilizations. They shaped who I am today and helped refine my perspective on life.
